Wicks is the most responsive contractor I have ever hired. Anytime I asked a question (I ask a lot), I get rapid, helpful responses.They installed solar panels, battery, skylight, vents, attic light, and replaced my electrical panel. All the work was performed on time (while I was on vacation) and with no additional cost.I got three quotes for the work I needed done. They were the only contractor able to do all of the projects and for a fair price (I love Tesla, but their offering was the worst, FYI).Hire Wicks.

Update. The bizzare response from this company is just that. NO estimator from wicks has ever met me. Never not once. No one from this company has ever set foot at my house and spoke to me. Your estimator gave me the exact excuses posted here accurately. Rain, busy etc. I have never met you or your estimator. I think your excuses are poor for being unhappy with an honest review. I have never left you any reviews until today when you lied and wasted my time two days in a row. The lady that works at your office used to live 4 houses down and told me she hated her abusive landlord. Maybe you have me confused with her. Your mistake. My review is honest and accurate and your response is made up hyperbole. When you blew me off again today I did tell you I would be leaving you an appropriate review. And so I have. I have no record of your company ever doing work for me. If this were in fact the case and you believed this to be true you would have explained that to me on the phone Friday, perhaps when you called and claimed rain made you reschedule or when you were supposed to come today said you were super duper busy and I should call another company. Your response reeks of nonsense. If any of these things were true you would never have made an appt twice and your office girl spent 45 min badmouthing my neighbor a few doors down for being a slumlord.I called about an estimate on friday last week and the woman I spoke to was very nice. She used to live on my block as a tenant a few years back. I wa supposed to have an estimator come out yesterday at 10 am. They called to cancel as it was damp out after a light rain, that was fine. They rescheduled for today Tuesday, at 10:30. At 11 I called to see what was going on and was told they were running behind. No call from them to let me know. At 11:30 the estimator owner called me and said they were super duper busy. So busy they would not come out to give me an estimate and told me to take my business elsewhere. I promised you a review so here you go. Grossly unprofessional. An also a final note. I called wicks roofing. In 2015 my house was rented to tenants while I treated for cancer in texas for a year. Your business is not called avanti. I think a letter to the AG and BBB are in order. i have read the multiple negative one star reviews on yelp so I don't think you are any stranger to poor customer service they say no show never showed up just as I stated. If the real reason is that you did not show up two days in a row you might have said you thought it was my fault. It was not. It is not. You are just unprofessional further contact or harassment I will file a police report for harassment. I have a right to leave an honest review which I have done. BTW Justin, you are based in San Luis so you might want to update your info that you are not a local santa barbara company as far as it appears on your company site for wicks not avanti

These guys are great! They work so hard to get the job done right the first time. Definitely recommend them for solar and roofing.
