not enough help,you have to wait 10 to 15 minutes just so you can ask a question, another 10 to 15 minutes so they can get you what you need,

Interesting experience.Was returning 'previously' installed parts,WITH receipt. After install, within a minute, they proved to be defective. A dept mgr James was called & said 'numerous' times 'These are years old.' & other derogatory comments. Store Mgr. explained they only take back items to put back/resell. YES, my items were installed, that's how we knew they didn't work!! Now we know why oftentimes u come home with missing parts from your purchases.
