This is my 2nd solar panel cleaning by Manny and Daniel. As with the first time last and this time the Solar Service Pros have been true professionals from the start. They arrived on a Saturday morning with their professional service vehicle. The gentlemen that arrived was Daniel and he was super helpful and explained the entire process and the panel cleaning. He took his time before and after on the entire process. I learned a lot about panel cleaning and the streak less water process to leave no residue or streaks on the panels. He cleaned around the panels and even my solar attic fan as well. I really appreciate the extra service by these professionals. I would never use anyone else to take care of my solar panels. He even check my solar inverter and main electrical panel and all of the electrical connections. I will suggest the Solar Service Pros to everyone I can.

We schedule an apptn, and started processing everything to get the clients issue resolve. Very happy with the communciation and work that they offer. Solar Service Professionals sent out a crew to remove my old solar panels so that we could re-roof our house. They did an efficient job and stacked the panels very neatly in a corner of the yard. I'd definitely recommend them for this sort of work.

I have been blown away by service provided by Manny and his team. The adventure began with an attempt to find the source of two leaks in our roof. Roofers have so much business with this abnormally wet winter that they seem to avoid more complex projects.One roofer gave a quote to replace the paper in one section that didn't involve the solar panes, but the two leaks were on opposite sides of the peak so we were skeptical that would solve both issues. The next roofer that came out did a very thorough assessment that seemed quite promising but they never followed through with the bid that they promised.The leaks started the year we had solar installed so we reached out to them to see if they can assess the situation. The installer they used did a quick assessment and said that they weren't responsible and weren't going to help. The solar company really wanted to get the issue resolved and take responsibility if it was solar related.They found Solar Service Professionals on Yelp and said that they were the perfect solution for what we needed. They aren't afraid of solar as they are experts in the field, but are also experts in finding leaks and issues with the roof.Daniel, the technician that did the initial assessment, was so thorough in his investigation and then backed that up with a ton of photos and videos along with a complete explanation. Daniel took the info back to the Manny, the owner, to write up a full report.Our house has a complex roof and a large, 36 panel, solar array. Manny wanted to ensure they captured everything in the report so he and Daniel came back on Saturday to dig in deeper. They investigated the whole roof from inside and out and were able to identify the issues.It is rare to have such an amazing, customer-centric, experience in the contracting business so I am compelled to share with those seeking service and support for their solar system.
