Top Notch Solar

My review is for Diego who arrived at our house on time and very prepared with the numbers for our solar options. Diego had a very professional demeanor and was thorough in his explanations to all the questions both my husband and I asked. We are grateful to have found such a great company with such professional representatives.

I started looking into a Solar installation for our home through TESLA. I was set up for installation in the three days, but I had some concerns that they were unwilling to address. That's when I contacted Top Notch Solar. Diego came to our home the very next day and I was very impressed with the presentation and his knowledge. It was a well researched and pressure free presentation which I appreciated very much. I then spoke with our neighbor that works for the county renewable energy office. He told us that Top Notch was a top provider and gets the best reviews into his office. They are a local company with years of doing solar which increased my confidence. It was a smooth process. The installation was seamless and anyone would have a hard time finding any conduit on our home. The aesthetics of our home was very important to me and Johnathan assured us his guys would do a beautiful job and they did just that. They upgraded and replaced the old electrical box because it was too old, and painted the conduits to match the existing home color. These guys are one of the best solar companies out there. I would recommend them to close and personal friends without a moment of reservation.

Top Notch did an installation for us many years ago. This is our second system that we've had installed through them. Their salesperson was very helpful. Their people were great and they did a good job. With Top Notch, we reduced our bill every month.

I'm a senior and have a very tight fixed income. Other solar companies weren't willing to talk about leasing, and John from Top Notch Solar, did a really good job in explaining things and working with people. He thoroughly went through and analyzed everything for me really well. Found out that I would be able to qualify through the lease program, so I'm very happy with that.

I had been thinking about solar energy for a while because my PGE bill was really high, and I thought it might reduce it some by having solar. A friend of mine set solar up a long time ago and they really like it, and my neighbor has it. At first I was gonna do it, but since Sunrun offered many services, I changed my mind and had it installed. The guy I was working with, Jeremy, was really good. He helped me out and he always had an answer for my question. When they installed, they were very quiet, neat and they cleaned up. When my electrical box wasnt up to code, they came out and put a new electrical box in for me and that didnt cost me anything.
