Vivint Solar Company is the WORST company ever. I wouldnt recommend it to my worst enemy!! My mother and aunt has had panels on there roofs for over a year and still isnt hooked up. Excuse after excuse. The sale person by the name of Michael Miller completely lied about the whole process! Had my mother and my aunt sign a iPad that was blank saying that they were saying a document for PG&E to hook up the solar. That was complete lie! They were told that they had signed a contract. They had know idea that they were signing a contract. They also forged my mothers name on a document I saw the document that was forged and it wasnt my mothers signature! This is completely against the law! There is a lot more that has been done through this over year long process, to much to type. Again this is has been going on for over a year!!!! This is deplorable to say the least! Mind you my mother is 82 years old and my aunt is 78 years old. This is taken granted of the elder! I called 2 months ago and told them everything that has been going on and all the lies thats have been told. I was told that they were sorry and going to take care of it and also look into the forge document. Mind you the gentleman that spoke to me pulled up the document that was forged he told me yes your right it isnt your moms signature! I still havent heard a word from anybody. Im not sure how they are getting away with all there lies and illegal actions that have taken place! If something isnt done soon I will be contacting a lawyer and will be taking action! IM DONE!!!!!!!

9 months ago we signed a contract with Vivint sales rep. Adrian Luna in Oakdale, Ca. The panels were installed 2 months later. Now 7 month after installation we are still not connected to the PG&E grid. We have been calling Vivint since December and can never get anyone from management to return calls. We finally found the appropriate department in PG&E where we learned that Vivint never submitted the proper forms to have us connected to the grid. Apparently the people you reach at Vivint are there just to screen your calls so management never has to be bothered by you. Our next call will be to our attorney. We never have dealt with a business as outrageous as this.
