If I could give 0 stars I would. Id rather live in the dark than have to deal with Liberty Utilities again.

I get paperless billing, and have my bill deducted from my bank account monthly. We have had outages so seldomly I can't remember the last time we had a loss of power. When the power has gone out in past, we haven't lost it for more than a few hours. The power and service is very reliable.

People need to be able to pay online without a fee!

This company is living in the 19th century. They use a third party vendor so one can pay there bill online. They should look at a calendar and see what year it is. I own a small business, about 20 employees. and my client can pay online. OMG. Get with it or get out. I will continue to send in a check so they first manually have to open the envelope and the secondly manually take the payment and post it. The efficiency of this company is absolutely mind boggling. And this company is a Energy provider,very scary. Our country continues to go in the wrong direction, this is the 21st century. :(
