Had an awesome experience with QHI from start to finish. I deal with contractors all the time for my profession and i would have to say this was one of the best experiences i have had. Trust is huge in this line of work so by having them knock it out of the park, it was really impressive! I plan on using them for my other rental properties since they did so well at my own house. Thanks so much guys!

I waited over 2 years before posting this review in order to allow Chris Moss time to fix the issues. Chris Moss' company is as unprofessional as it goes when it comes to the contractor world. They sub contract everything out to way below par sub contractors who royally screw up the planned project. The concrete guys would drink at least two 30 packs of beer EVERY day on the job between the 4 of them and then urinate in my wife's garden constantly, even after we offered them food, water, and told them they could use our restroom. Our property smelled like urine the entire 2 weeks of the project. They tried to be sneaky and hide the beers by placing the beer cans in specially crafted Pepsi cans; however, they would toss their beer cans and trash over the fence into our backyard. Then they would get behind the wheel of their work truck and drive it on my property intoxicated where my children were present. They backed their directly into my wall, completely running over and pulling 2 of my wife's trees and plants from the ground, killing them in the process. I called to report them to the company and they said it would be handled, yet they showed up the very next day, scowling at my wife and I the whole time and still drinking. Nothing was ever done by either company to fix the damaged wall or replace the plant and tree.I called to report the sub concontracted company to the Better Business Bureau and they had no record of the company's existence and weren't able to find a contractor's license number associated with them. Due to their intoxicated state, they cut the main water line to our house 3 times in the same day and forgot to put the drainage in place when pouring the concrete. So the promise I received that we would 'never again have standing water' on my property was a complete joke. They scrapped the drain pipe after the project without permission, likely to hide their error. The concrete was poured and sloped incorrectly and all we have is standing water any time it rains, no matter how light or heavy.Another user was correct. When using Hero or the Renew Financial program that we used, they call you at all hours of the day and night telling you they can't complete the project unless you release the funds to them...which doesn't make any sense at all. A 'well-established' company should have the funds to pay their workers and/or subcontractors without trying to squeeze pennies out of the customer before the job is completed to the agrred upon contract and standard. But being a believer in the word of gentlemen and the old handshake is my bond, I went with what they said, and suprise surprise...they did not complete the project to standard, took the money, and ran like their hair was on fire.It took me months of calling and leaving messages to finally get any type of response. Chris refused to talk to me for more than 2 minutes and said I would hear from Kelly. After 2 months and nothing, I called back and got a return call from Kelly who said the company was changing personnel and he would 'try' to make it out when he could. A few months later, Kelly shows up, tells me he left the company due to disagreements on how the company was being run. Kelly told me he remembered what he promised about the drainage and no standing water and came up with an idea to try to fix it; however, because the company wasn't willing to be honest and admit their faults, Kelly told me I would have to pay more money out of pocket to fix it. Needless to say, the drainage was never properly installed and I still have standing water essentially at all times on my driveway. If you value professionalism, ethics, integrity, and quality work, then I strongly suggest you stay far away from this company. They will sound awesome when they come in and promise you everything for a decent price, but they won't follow through and leave you frustrated in the end. You're better off hiring your own contractor for each job you need done and saving yourself the money. You'll definitely be thankful you did and a lot happier in the end.

I needed a new perimeter door and to replace my greenhouse window. My husband passed away three weeks ago and he had planned on replacing them. I reached out to Chris Moss my neighbor and he Referred me to Tim Smith. He did a great job and reasonably. Thank you Chris! Now can you help me with the gopher situation? Theyre ruining me.
