Do not use this company. They are not trustworthy and reliable at all. The product was shipped very late and now the system is down and has been waiting for parts for almost 3 weeks. Customer service is very poor and very slow. We have called countless times and are not assisted accordingly. Word of the wise, stay far away from this company.

Cons: Delivery is delayed, installation changes are high, and doesn't provide good after sales service. You would have to contact them through all means available, and won't get back to you after a couple of days. Please improve on these areas as no matter how good your products are, if your services are bad, then you would lose and won't have repeat costumers.

They could do with improving the shipping dates and timelines. Most orders are shipped later than my expectations.

Working here was exhausting. Employees are always overworked and the work doesn't seem to end. Aside from that, the management's pressure was unbearable. They made us feel that we our efforts weren't good enough for the company's standards. I didn't like the feeling of working for a company who doesn't know how to appreciate their employees.

This company is very unreliable. They are delayed in everything, from the delivery to the installation of the panels. it's quite disappointing to be dealing with such unprofessionalism.
