We are extremely please with services we received all around from Planet Connection. This outfit is run by Mr. Amir Pasha with only one goal in mind to go to extreme to please the customer. From the initial step to end of installation of equipment even a year after installation when the equipment was in use he was always a phone call of IM text away. I reached out to him on weekends and he immediately got back to be with a respond to our inquiry or need. He choose only the best group as his extended staff for installation and support. Very polite and professional. The system that Mr. Pasha design for us was with consideration of our heavy electrical use for the past year and our need of the most efficient and most reliable system. I have priced around before signing the contract with plant connection and the price Planet connection quoted was lowest and in fact was about 30% below market average with higher reliable system. Mr. Pasha was with us every step of the way and always made time to oversee the job of his crew. The installation went very smoothly and according to plan as possible.Overall Planet Connection is my company of choice and a model for other installers, contracts or services companies.
