I recently purchased solar through westheaven. I was an easy sale. I called them, them came right out. They design me a system, and I said let's go larger, so I from 24 to 30 panels, which was no prob. What I purchased was a 9.75kw system that's what I was told. My system never got over 7.6, they (clipped) my system. So after arguing with them, they finally replaced my inverter, after trying to give me a cash out which I refused, I wanted what I paid for. They replaced my inverter several weeks after my main install. Then I noticed my app on my phone was not up dating. Called again, and another couple of day went by, a total of 7 days no production from my system. That means I pay both solar, and possibly electric. Finally the updated my inverter, and told me they would cut me a check for the lost production. I called and emailed, with no response. This company is slow, takes forever to get anything done and is not doing what they said. I wouldn't recommend them, it's too much of a hassle. If it was a new car, I would have returned it. Do not use westheaven solar.7/22/2019 another couple of months have past, and now I am having trouble with my inverter, It is not producing. It has not produced for 3 days. After dealing with the answering service, finally talked to someone at Westheaven, and cannot get through to see what is going on. Not satisfied with there customer service.

Recently had Westhaven installed on my home. First the system did not pass the Rocklin,Ca city inspection. I tried contacting Tim Tedder Sales Manager and Cameron. No return calls to me after 3 weeks from Tim or Cameron. Left several messages on the phones. The office has a mail box and still no return calls. I was contacted and told they were aware of the matter and will reschedule install and correct. This is the worse customer service I have encountered while spending over 35000. I'm definitely scared of the next issue. No committment after sale and no follow up. Avoid this company by all means.

Excellent service from my local group of professionals! Tim Tedder did a great job of presenting options that made financial sense to my personal situation! The teams of HVAC and Solar installers were professional, courteous and on-time when they said they would be there! Service has continued after the sale to ensure that every component is working at it's peak efficiency! I've gone thru a full month now and I'm laughing as I watch how much money I'm saving every month all while using the electricity I want to use! I'm still sending power to the grid and laughing while everyone around me worries about electricity rates going higher!

Highly recommend Westhaven and their entire team. Got a 10KW Panasonic system installed by them. Adam, Steve and others were very very helpful and responsive. I am very busy and Karen was very patient and helpful with the paperwork and payment process. The system has been working amazing and I am very happy. They also installed special meters that allow me to monitor how much electricity I am using. Every aspect of their service and product have been amazing. I am very happy.

My whole experience with Westhaven was 100% positive. We had an HVAC crew and a Solar crew here at the same time -at first I was worried about so many people at my house at one time, but each crew worked so well together and communication between them and myself was so effortless that I was immediately put at ease. They had great personalities,great work ethics and were easy to speak with. They answered any and all my questions kindly, respectfully and knowledgeably. Each crew worked lickety-split without any slacking off or complications. I was really pleased with how fast and neatly the whole thing came together. When they left, my yard was picked up and smoothed over. You can hardly even see where they dug a trench! Before they left they did a once over to make sure they did not leave any trash behind and to make sure I knew how to work my unit. It was awesome. I really liked them and last but not least - my dog liked them. It was a great experience - They are top notch tradesmen who really like what they do and it shows. If you want straight up professional folks working at your place these are the guys to do it. Keoma McCaffrey
