There is no company more reliable and more professional in the business. I feel fortunate to have such an incredible resource available so close to home. As far as customer care? I only wish every industry took it so seriously. Velux is not just a great company led by fantastic representatives but is a true asset to the entire state of Colorado. Showed up to exchange a small item. Sat through 1.5 hours of traffic and made it 5 minutes before they close only to find the door locked and literally got shooed away by the employee inside. So now I have to come back Monday and go through the same awful traffic to exchange this remedial item. Thanks Broomfield branch.I'd have made this one star, the only saving grace is the skylights are great.
