Turned on our panels today and we are so excited! Jacqueline was such a pleasure to work with and took care of us from beginning to end. Even when there was a hiccup with Xcel, she was immediately on the phone with them getting things straightened out.Truly a partner in the process. Also, when it came to the install, team members were very professional and efficient.

Rob Murdock has been our main contact from start to finish on our Solar System Project. We are very pleased with the service and responses we received. All of the Sunrun representatives including Jorge P. and Chad W. have been very supportive and kept us updated on the whole process. Very nice work everyone! Our panels were put on our house on June 3, 2020 and Excel Energy was here with the meter and installed it on June 24, 2020. We are up and running! We have had sunrun solor for 3 months and we love it. The install went almost perfect, if you want perfect go to some other planet. The installers were great, on time professional at all times. The panels have produces more than expected. We have had no problems at all. The sales person, Jacqueline Foley was low key did not over promise. What she said she delivered! We leased so no upfront money was needed. My ele. bill has dropped every month w/solor panel use. Please use my name as an example of a happy customer. the panel fit the roof so nice my wife did'nt see them for 3 days

Wouldnt even give this company a one star if I had the choice Ive only been with them since July 2019 our panels already dont work and it took over a month for anyone to come out to see whats wrong to say we need to order parts and wait longer in the meantime Im stuck paying both their lease & a higher excel bill because our panels are producing energy.... they suck and I wont get a credit for another two years which is b.s! Go spend your money elsewhere to a company that cares about there customers

Scott Bustios and his team are fantastic! He did a great job explaining the entire solar installation process, the contracts, what to expect. I had tons of questions prior to the install and encouraged me to call or text him to make sure I was completely comfortable. They just finished installing on my mother's roof and she was so impressed with the entire team. And she's 82-years old and from the old country. She can be very picky to say the least. Additionally, mom was having issues of her electricity going out periodically. Scott's team found and replaced (at no charge) a breaker that went bad. If you're going to do solar I would contact Scott at Sunrun.
