I was contacted by Mario Nitirini (One of the Co-Owners). He seem like an awesome guy. And gave sold me on the solar experience. I told him my fear was to be paying for the solar panels and paying full price for electricity at the same time. He told me that the whole process takes 60 days and the payments for the panels, don't kick in til 2 months after the panels are install. I started the process on Feb 18, 2020. The panels was install April 8 by Empire Solar Group, LLC. And I was put in contact with Chris Bradford (Empire Solar Group Representative). After the panels are install I was told the next step is for Xcel to install the net meter, and flip the switch. At which point Dulce Martinez (Solargize Secretary I presume) will give me a code to monitor the system. On May 4, my panels the net meter still wasn't install yet. I was told it takes Xcel 90 days to install it. I contact them again on June 8th for a status up date. They said Xcel order the net meter on June 4th, and will take 20 days form there to install. It is now June 13. My first solar panel bill is due today. And my panels are still inert. Just sitting on my roof, like a Christmas decoration. So I now have to pay a full electric bill that is also do today. This have been a very stressful, and disappointing experience and it isn't even over yet.Update: Brandon McPherson (the other owner) contacted me June 15th. He told me that Dulce will have Chris contact me to reimburse the the bill and set something up for the next bill. He contacted me again to follow up on June 19th, to see if someone contacted me. I told him noone has contacted me yet. He said that Dulce will be contacting me shortly. I texted Dulce about what Brandon said on June 19th. On June 24, I haven't heard anything form anyone, but Xcel came and finally installed my Net Meter. FYI, they don't call to make an appointment or anything. They just show up and knock on the door. Then start installing. They do leave a Xcel magnet on your door if you have any questions. So I texted Brandon, Dulce, and Mario that the meter was installed. Mario texted me back and said he will contact Empire.

Talked with Brandon a month or more ago. Openly discussed my interest in solar and explained that had apprehensions that it would make sense financially due to the fact that much of my house runs on gas. Brandon told me that he would happily set up an estimate regardless and have further discussions with me about the options. He took a significant amount of info from me about my home and told me his colleagues would be in touch. After receiving numerous random texts to connect to discuss the findings of his colleagues, I finally contacted someone by phone after calling the number that texted me. This other individual was Brandons partner whos name I cant remember. Due to some weird phone issues related to the latest text coming from this mans wifes phone, I finally connected with this gentleman. During this encounter, this man became pushy and rude. I told him that I didnt think this was going to work out and he said that he agreed and abruptly hung up. Not sure whats up with this company. But I do know that I did not appreciate this partners attitude and believe he is likely the main reason this company will not flourish. No need to reply Solargize...
