Before today, I would be giving 5 stars. I use the app, and I went to schedule my payment for a few days out, because the app says it's due in 5 days. (see picture) when I schedule the payment, the money comes out of my account right away, not in 2 days like my confirmation email says. I called and spoke to a lady who explains to me that I am set up on auto-pay. NO WHERE does it say 'auto pay on 7/18/20'... and WHY would it come out of my account 5 days before it was due?!? On numerous occasions, I have tried to disable auto pay, and this is the message that pops up. (see other picture). I would ditch this service if I didn't have to have it.

Working on the coldest night so far this year and timely as well.... No power yet, but they are working hard to get us all back on the grid. Thank you for hard work folks.

The people that work in the office are completely incompetent. It would serve this company well to replace them all.

Never had a problem. Recent downed power line was fixed in just a couple of hours (after hours). My hats off to the hard working crews that keep my lights on.
