So 1:15 in the morning the power to just my room went out and I had no idea where the breaker box even was on my new house. Called and got a dispatch and he informed me where the breaker box is and what to look for, walked me through the entire process, and throughout about 15 minutes he helped me fix the problem. And didn't complain or sound rude in the slightest. Says a lot.

Never had a problem with DMEA or their billing. To all the other people complaining about not getting their bills on time or having service cut off,come on people. Its the year 2019. I logged on the DMEA website the first week I opened an account with them. They send me a email every month two weeks in advance even and I pay it right there on my smart phone. Never even once got a bill in the mail because I went paperless and never been late on a bill.

It's amazing that people are paid to do a job, except that they won't take payment over the phone. Makes it difficult for a working person.

I am giving this provider this rating due to the experience I am having with them and setting up a network connection. I was told this provider can provide internet and would do so within a certain timeframe. Ive called several times to check on status and have been given 3 different answers. Last experience I had with them the agent made sure I was aware Im obligated to them by contract and would suffer a penalty if broken. Money isnt the issue here misinformation and the promise the service would be setup in a certain time is why Im frustrated with DMEA.*Update*I originally gave DMEA one star rating due to the experience above. I am changing my rating to 3 stars now due to DMEA reaching out to get the install going and the owner reached out to apologize. I hold companies to a high standard and for them to respond the way they did I am pleased.UPDATE I have now had DMEA for internet and utilities for nearly two years. I have been pleased with the performance and the efficiency of their services. I am now changing my review and highly recommend using them for Fiber internet.
