Steel City Solar Customer Rep Ashley provided us excellent customer service. She took her time and was always ready to answer any question. She was available to help us with difficult software questions and was ready and trained to solve any problem we had. Excellent Staff!

Very hit and miss process. Sometimes they were good, but mostly not so much. For example their customer service people couldnt even bother to make sure they had my name spelled correctly on the paperwork, and they failed inspection at first for wiring my solar wrong, they came back and fixed it but I guess only time will tell. Not a company I would recommend.

After much research and interviewing of different solar companies, we were able to discern that Steel City Solar not only knew their business, but also provided the best product for the money. They explained electrical, technical, and financial matters in basic terms that we were able to understand. We believe this was a great investment for our future and our property. Steel City Solar moved our panels from the roof to a ground mount array. After the hail storm in Pueblo West last year we decided to move our system off the roof to a ground mount, the panels had to be removed for the re-roof. The change to a ground mount will drive more power production and even more efficiency of the system that drives our entire home year around. The quality of the work was great, the Steel City Team was polite, and ensured our satisfaction. I would recommend this team without hesitation, great local company.
