They give you access to a remote monitoring system that allows you to see, in detail, how your system is functioning and how productive it is. They are available any time for questions and Matt spent over 30 minutes with me, months after install, walking me through the monitoring system so I understood how it works and I could see all the power we are generating (and the CO2 emissions we eliminating).
