The entire experience of working with Earthlight has been fantastic. They were upfront about everything, on time, or quicker, and it was an extremely smooth process. Everyone was friendly, professional, and quick to respond. The workmanship of the installers was impeccable and overall a seamless and efficient project.

Very happy with their work so far! We're just waiting for everything to get powered on.The Earthlight Solar team has been very helpful along the entire process, even during these strange times of the COVID19 pandemic. The installers have all done great work - it's a real perk that they do all of the work in-house, without contracting out things like the electrical work or the panel installation. Our install is clean, well thought out, and shows great craftsmanship.We're happy we chose Earthlight. We're confident we'll be getting the value out of their product, and we're looking forward to all of the solar energy production for years to come.

If I could Ive this company six stars, I would. Every single interaction that Ive had with every single member of their team has been a pleasure. While we navigated delays and complications due to covid-19 (none of which were their fault), they kept me informed and, when visiting my home, adhered to all the social-distancing interventions that I requested (which included accessing the interior of my attic via the upstairs bathroom window). They were so punctual that I could set my watch by their arrival times; they responded promptly to all my emails (even outside normal working hours); and their work was exemplary. I chose Earthlight because they were highly recommended and I am happy to recommend them more than highly to you.

Our experience with Earthlight was great. Excellent communication and follow through. The real-time app is an awesome tool and added bonus. Thank you for a job well done.

Awful follow up and service. Scheduled a consult on two separate occasions. The first time, the technician called, after already running 20 minutes late, to cancel his consult because our shade report was poor. Finally contacted them again to attempt a second consultation- fully disclosed our prior history and were told over the phone that based on the last report if we were willing to discuss tree removal it would be worth the consultation. This is now particularly pertinent, since a large tree removal operation just took place across the street. We discussed our concerns about the technician cancelling and requested specifically for a face to face consultation on the property. Unfortunately today we encountered the same scenario. Technician called to cancel 25 minutes after the scheduled appointment time based on a bad shade report instead of personal consultation. Extremely disappointed in the whole experience, and will contact a company willing to actually discuss options for our property that wants our business.
