I have contacted the owners in reference to an installation of solar rails done to my property. There should have been no installation of rails because my house did not fully qualify for their program. They drilled into my roof and I need this repaired. This was poor work on their part jumping the gun with the installation, now I have not received communication back after contacting them looking for repair costs to be paid. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and I hope this sparks their interest in returning my communications. Very sad considering I FULLY support the solar industry as a whole! Companies like this give the industry a bad name in these cases. Very disappointed.

POSTED 3/30 - Terrible company. I have been trying to get in touch with them for months. It is literally impossible. I have not been able to turn on my solar panels because of them. I'm waiting months now. My only option is to file suit.UPDATE 6/27 - Still no panels. They've been fully paid though.Because of Green Street I had to cancel an inspection. Now the installer is refusing to request a new inspection. He's referring me to Green Street. Green Street never responds. They screwed me. Do not do business with this company.

The worst solar panel company in the world . They have their panels on our roof they dont service it . I believe their a scam . They never answer their phones and they never get back to us. They are so disgusting and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone ! STAY AWAY FROM GREENSTREET SOLAR . There panels have been sitting on our roof for over 5 years and they havent connected the power yet . Basically its doing nothing .

Worst company ever it took them over a year for my service and they lies to u be very careful dealing with this company after all work is done u can never reach no one i wish i could have them removed everything from my house i would never recommend green street to no one that's why they get 0 star from me one if u have to deal with Alex run fast and far so many lies he tells u

They were great until the panels were on my roof. Now, it's impossible to get anyone on the phone or to get an email back. I believe that there is a problem with my system and I can't get a call back. The automated message says that they are no longer taking any new accounts and directed me to make a request for customer service online. The last human I spoke to told me that the previous representative I'd dealt with no longer worked there and I'm worried that something is up.
