Ipsun Solar

Ipsun is highly recommended! They are very customer oriented. Everyone I worked with to make our solar installation happen from the initial signing of the contract, drawing plans, site plan review, installation of the panels, follow up inspection, and final close out work has been timely, kept me informed, and responsive to questions. A special thank you Humza, Andrew, Carl (and Installation Team), Abdul, Cindy, Joe, Herve, and the rest of the team.I was especially impressed with the care Carl took for his team members and their safety. Working in winter weather, through snow and sleet, is tricky and Carls first priority was to keep his team safe. A special thank you to Humza and Joe who patiently addressed many questions, as well as Herve who came to install a supplemental power conditioning piece of equipment to further reduce my power consumption, while reducing EMFs, and providing surge protection. If you are looking for a great solar company, Ipsun is recommended and you can stop your search. Once last piece of information in guiding your search for solar. Prior to going with Ipsun, I had another company (Vivint) provide an estimate of cost. My experience with Vivint was very negative. The representative could not answer some of the questions I asked and seemed evasive when I questioned some of the information (such as local tax rebates and incentives) he provided that I knew to be inaccurate. Additionally, once I indicated I was comparing companies and I was not going to sign the contract that day, the meeting with Vivint, turned sour (I was told that I was wasting his time). *I am so glad that Ipsun had a different approach (Very positive) and was the opposite of my experience with Vivint (Very negative).* Also, my neighbor used Vivint and had a negative experience with getting the system on-line - it took months of work to finally get it on-line after the installation of the solar panels. Beware of Vivint.

Ipsun did a fantastic job on the installation of a 36 panel system. They supported us and my husband's need to be involved in some of the very detailed requirements; making the the process simple and straight forward. Ipsun went above and beyond in every detail to meet our expectations. It is refreshing to have a company do what they say and support their team in satisfying the customer. The site survey team was great and allowed access to the layout/power engineer for questions. The Project Management team made sure the contract details, schedule, and installation met our needs. The installation team was on time, accurate, and doubled back to make sure we were good with everything. We recently had a neighbor ask about a roof panel so I called Ipsun and during a light rain the team came over and checked to make sure everything was OK. From the first meeting to the last phone call, this has been a great project!

Ipsun does try to make their customers happy. I am waiting for a solution to a problem with my panels but am anticipating a good response.

Ipsun was great with me. They helped me get the right product for my house in the right time at a reasonable rate. These guys set themselves apart by being ready to go the extra mile for their customers. You can also tell that Ipsun is in the business for the right reasons - to help customers unlock the potential to make money from clean energy rather than paying for old dirty energy. Highly recommend considering them for whatever project you've got.

They upgraded my solar panels to LG 360 watt panels for higher performance and efficiency. Professional, responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. I recommend them to everyone thinking about going solar.
