Solar Solutions installed solar panels on my rowhouse roof several years ago. The company was incredibly well prepared for all my questions and installation was super simple. We went with the rental option because we knew we would likely be selling our house, which we ended up doing. The transfer process was really simple and while there was an issue with billing, Solar Solutions was really helpful in resolving them.

Solar Solution installed a 13-panel system on our rowhouse on Capitol Hill that we've been happy with. The online system to track solar production went down recently, and Harlan from Solar Solution was very responsive and got everything back on line.

Quick and seamless install process and customer service. The communication during the permitting delays could have been better. The design and profile on our home with a flat roof is definitely inconspicuous and I think better designed in comparison to some of our neighbors homes who used other installers. Overall satisfied with the experience and looking forward to reaping the benefits!
