Wow Read this review! I had to have some mechanical work done to my pool and have a pressure valve that started to leak replaced. I called Jordan at SES and he was professional from the outset and made an appointment for his guys to come out and do the repair. They called me two days in advance of the scheduled appointment and said we have a break in our scheduling would I like them to come out earlier. Absolutely. Upon arriving, the two pool techs assessed the problem and installed a new valve. Unfortunately the valve wasnt a perfect match and was still leaking a very slight bit. The people at SES were not happy with this and said that they would leave that valve installed and go look for the replacement. The next day I received a call from Jordan informing me that the company that installed my solar panels had a proprietary valve that they could not find anywhere as it was exclusive to that company. Jordan then suggested that there would be no charge for the work that they had done and on top of that also suggested that I keep the $40 valve that they installed which minimized the leakage as a gesture of goodwill until the other company replaced the valve. Are you kidding me? All I know is that in the future whenever I need any pool work done SES will be the first call I make. Thanks Jordan Outstanding!Michael K.

Fair price and quick service. The solar pool heater has raised the water temperature to 90 degrees (our set point). Our 2 year old granddaughter simply loves the warm water. We recommend SES of America.
