Beware. Short tempered man. When I answered 'no' to his first question, ' was my skylight cracked or broken' rather than asking what I needed, which was to replace a plastic skylight with glass, cuz it's too noisy in the rain and I can't hear my TV.He went on a tirade for 30 seconds that I shouldn't play games with him and he isn't putting up with me, etc. I couldn't get a word in edgewise.... So a bad start could go worse, if he gets angry that easily

Very nice guys came to the house for installation of 'solatube' . I love the lighting and product but disappointed that Mike talked me out of putting the tube light where i wanted in my hallway, and now it is off center by a bunch and does not equally light my long hallway. Also, DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT let them talk you into a 'solar powered attic fan'. I thought it would lower my electric bill and cool off inside my garage and house. I can not tell one ounce of difference in feel or savings on my electric bill! bottom line- that is $800 wasted sitting on top of my roof! I complained to Mike but he said there was nothing he could do.

What a class organization! I spoke to them on the phone about getting a price on a Solar Tube. Caleb arrived on time. Showed me the product, gave me a price and a few hours later I had two tubes installed and the difference was like night and day, no pun intended.Perfectly installed, he worked with special attention to my home and keeping clean. He covered any area that there was a possibility of being affected by the installation. The end result was well beyond our expectations. We would absolutely recommend them.

I'm incredibly happy with my Solatube! Installation was very smooth and very clean too!! The experience was Brilliant as is my kitchen now. I'm a VERY Pleased customer. My Solatube has been in for a year, it's daylight brings me such Joy.
