Ive had a great experience with this company, very professional and great attention to detail. I called them last November after getting good reviews from friends and Rey came to the house and thoroughly explained the process and how many panels we needed. A month later we had the permits and while the work was slowed by COVID 19, installation happened in March and the solar panels began to work in late April. The solar panels have been working great and I can follow their production through the App, plus a monthly report to my email, and of course, FPL! It has been a great investment. Last week Rey called to ask how everything was working and I really appreciated that personal touch. I recommend it to everyone in the fence about going solar. Great investment!

I spent a lot of time shopping for a solar company for the large investment in our home. When I met the owner of Cutler bay solar solutions he was informative and helpful and I really preferred the microinverter Solar System over string inverters or solar optimizers. The owner Raul helped me to fully understand how this option would work best for us. We went with LG panels and enphase microinverters. The installation team was absolutely fantastic as well as the administrative side of the business. Installation was great and the process with Miami Dade permitting was smooth. I also went with CBSS for a backup battery system from Enphase. I prepaid the system last year and I'm looking forward to installation. With everything going on as far as the pandemic, the equipment has been delayed but installation will be soon I've been told. I will update my review at that time. I highly recommend a Solar System from Cutler Bay solar solutions. We have been extremely satisfied. It's great to use a family owned, locally based company as a green investment in our future .

We bought our house with brand new solar panels from this company. About 15 days ago we discover an important leak in our roof, but we need Cutler Bay Solar to remove the panels so the contractor could work. Were having a hard time to get their attention, I believe costumer service doesnt matter to them, just sales. Now were in the beginning of the hurricane season, with a major leak in the middle of our house without any help from them. After a lot of emails Raul Vergara finally schedule an appointment for today around 12-2PM, but they didnt show up and were unable to contact them. Now I have a bigger leak, getting worse everyday and I dont know what should I do to repair it since this company doesnt care about their customers after the system is installed. Think twice before doing business with them!
