John was very knowledgeable about solar installation.I am very happy with the explanation. The PACE financing numbers came out for my home an easy and obvious winner, the numbers dont lie.

RB Green Energy goes above and beyond. Sales staff A+, products A+ and customer service A+. I couldn't be happier working side by side with this company and don't hesitate referring all my friends, family and clients to call RB Green Energy. If you are shopping for a solar company I would recommend you calling RB first and you shouldn't need to call a second. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

If I could rate the team a 10 I would. I had 3 bad experiences with contractors in Florida so far - But working with Scott and James and their team was a breath of fresh air. Scott has a passion for his work, as demonstrated by his enthusiasm of his product. He stated the customer satisfaction comes first -- and it did ! James was out during all phases of the install, making sure the install team had the support they needed. All the workers were respectful and talented. The team worked around my schedule.. Made adjustments where needed and the end product is up and running. Talking with the office was also easy - they helped with the setup of netmetering and all the permitting. All in all I would Highly recommend RB Green Energy as your solar provider. I am very Satisfied !

So i got solar and the install was okay. Im not an expert in this but when my box broke they said it was my fault because my house had a power surge which in return would make me unqualifiedto have compensation in my electric bill. FPL came out and said they couldnt see why there was a surge but changed my main line outside to be safe.Well a few months later i see my electric bill went through the roof. Come To find out that my solar isnt on and hasnt been for a while now. I was not informed like advised before that my solar was out. So someone comes out and the FUSES ARE SO BURNED OUT THE INSIDE OF THE BOX WAS MELTED....well remember the power surge that was 'my fault' well it burned the fuse and has been burning and corroding since. The guy that was there told me i should be refunded the electric bill or atleast compensated cause if there is a surge any INTELLIGENT electrician would know if there is a surge to check all the connections INCLUDING THE FUSES! Now i have been going back and forth and they again SAID I DO NOT GET ANY COMPENSATION FOR THIS. I REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO MANAGER AND THEY HAVE YET TO CONTACT ME. I AM VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY.

NIGHTMARE. Do not waste your time or money with these guys. They will do everything right till they collect the money, then everything goes downhill. They have not fixed 2 roof leaks I have due to bad install, took them 2 years to get me access into my system, lied about getting back money in my taxes (it's a credit based on your income), still have an open permit, just to start.
