So far things are trying to come together the young man have worked hard to make sure everything come together. They very good care of there customers and take pride in there work.

Meraki solar recently installed solar panels on my home. The electrical wiring for the system was installed completely on the outside of my house and looks horrible. I contacted them, on the final day of installation, about being dissatisfied with this. Several days and multiple phone calls to their office resulted in being told that this is the new standard way that they install the system. This was not verbally discussed with me prior to signing the contract. I was told it was in my contract but neither the layout of the panels nor the location of the wiring for my system was included in my contract. I had no reason to believe that the wiring would be done this way as it was not disclosed to me. Furthermore the other homes in my neighborhood that had solar panels installed by Meraki were done through the attic space. Speaking to a supervisor, I was told that management decided that correcting the problem is not cost effective for them. They are refusing to do more that paint the pipes to “blend in”. I am extremely upset with their lack of customer service and concern for the customers satisfaction. For the cost of the system, I expect the issue to be corrected and the wiring moved to the inside of the house.

Demarious was awesome. He treated my mom like family at the door. He didn’t make us feel obligated but he gave enough information for us to do our own research
