Ray Johnson customer service, is rude, horrible, this is his answer when i asked for an estimate. I can forward his email to any person who want to see this................We do not open e-mails from strangers. you like to play games by sending an attachment saying if we could beat it we could do the work. That is flat sleazy, unprofessional and we do not work for cockroaches. Nor do we do tiny $30k residential jobs. Your just too small and insignificant to get my attention pal now pretty please with sugar on top - leave us alone.. HE IS ALSO LYING IN HIS ANSWER, ANYONE WANT TO ASK ME, I CAN FORWARD HIS EMAILS, PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED PICTURE

When my panels arrived for install they were broken and Solar One refused to replace them. I tried every avenue I could think of to get a response that would be satisfactory. I attempted contact many times only to be rudely dismissed when I could get someone to actually respond to me.They have now blocked my phone numbers and refuse to communicate with me at all. I'm now stuck with broken solar panels. I feel insulted and violated.

Called Florida Solar One which advertised that they do work in Cooper City, Fl. The man I spoke with was abrupt and rude. I was requesting a repair and he immediately got irritated with me and said he doesn't do repairs if he didnt install the solar panels, and there was no way he was driving to Cooper City from the Keys. Before I could ask him if he knew anyone to make repairs, he hung up the phone. before I could finish talking. Would not recommend working with someone with that type of attitude and demeanor.

This has to be the poorest customer service I have ever received in my life. I think if their lack of respect for potential customers is this poor imagine the response to a job gone wrong. I never ever post or review anything so for me to take the time to do should give an idea of what a poor company this is.

My experience with Ray and Florida Solar One is like most of the reviewers here. Ray and his team were GREAT! Ours was a small (less than $20k) project, yet we received the same attention and professionalism as larger jobs. Ray directed the work personally, tracked it all through permitting and the electric company and BAM, everything went on schedule and without a hitch. These guys made sure we understood our choices every step of the project so that we got the best system for us. The work was fast, clean and professional. And Ray is such a great guy - easy to talk to and really accessible. He loves to help folks learn, and he's so easy to talk to. In an industry of fly by night contractors, Ray and Florida Solar One really stand out as the quality choice!
