Here it is June and I'm still waiting for a new waste basket glider unit and for someone to change out some hardware that I can't on my own due to the design of the cabinet. I called for service last December (3 times) and each time was told someone would call me to schedule a service call. They design and make a beautiful product, but after spending close to $28000 for new kitchen cabinetry, their customer service is sub-par.
