Unlimited Solar

Sale was on or about OCT 25,2019. As short and fair as possible. Sales person Chris B. Great customer service, great follow up skills and literally the only reason I continued to stay calm for an ongoing 9 months solar install. Next is the site survey. The subcontractor walked all over my 6 months old metal roof. He was walking on the seams and bent them. No one compensated us for this damage. Next is construction management(CM). Submitted permit to Hollywood several times incorrectly. Meaning the same uncorrected drawing was declined several times. (COVID-19) had no effect on the permitting process. You can see how quickly, on the web these prints were being reviewed by the city. James did apologize and I appreciated it. Yet, it still happened again. I had to review the permit myself and make redlines to have one portion approved. CM said FPL will come to inspect their install and switch over July 1st. No work was or has been completed for FPL to inspect. Next is Administration. Owner Justin has requested, slash borderline harassed me to sign completion finance documents on a project where permits are not approved yet. Co-Owner Anthony just requested, not harassed. He was nicer. FYI... Justin (The Owner) will record his conversations without your knowledge and/or your permission. Till this day 7/8/20 the permits for the work have not been approved. The administration needs to be adjusted to care about the customer and not the $$$. I have had an EXTREMELY BAD experience with them.Next is workmanship. The tech/installers were beyond expectations. These guys worked quickly, respectfully and kept their work area clean. Panels installed without any issues. Electrical conduits and other electrical equipment were installed very clean on my wall. They explained everything I asked and they were courteous and respectful to our property. Would I recommend this company or do business with them again? No. Why? I was told 90-120 days to do the work, they can't get a permit approved 1st or 3rd time, ask you to sign completion docs to get money without the job being done. Sales person has to save the sale because ADMIN wont call to apologize for the inconvenience. Who knows if they even pay these guys commission after the sale or after completion. If this is the PRE-SALE treatment then imagine POST-SALE treatment.

Great Product and Amazing People

I had a lot of issues with the solar company I had before but thanks god my panels now are in the hands of this company. They finally solve the issues I had with the solar panels after my roof was done. Special thanks to Jasmine that gave me an special attention and solve the issue that the previous company never solved for almost a year. Only now I can say that my panels are working as expected.Thanks Jasmine for your fast response, for your personal attention and for be patient with a customer that have all the reasons to be angry and turn me into a happy customer.

The project was completed and my wife and I are extremely happy with the work and how professional everyone was. Andres Libreros, our salesman, was always available and quick to respond. Everyone that worked on the project was great!
