A1A installed our 22kw generator in June 2018. This weekend we had a brief but nasty storm. We lost power and were evidently hit by lightning! Long story short, after getting the runaround from JEA and other local electricians, I called A1A for help. They were at my house within the hour and resolved the issue fully. Cliff, Nick, and another gentleman (I failed to get his name) were absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend A1A! The customer service is unmatched.

Having recently secured A1A to install a photovoltaic field at my residence, I'd give A1A high marks. From design, permitting and installation, all was performed very professionally and timely. I have and will continue to recommend A1A Solar to my clients for solar installations.

Five star solar company, the owner Pete Wilken is extremely ethical and professional. He knows a lot about electricity and the technicalities of going solar. His number one priority is making sure that A1A customers are happy with their system.

A1A installed a system with back up batteries at my home late last year. The rep I dealt with was Chris Gellentein - he was terrific - very knowledgeable and very responsive. Ask for him - he's great. I am very pleased with the system - my energy bill is dramatically reduced, the back up has had to come on about 5 times since installation and there were no problems and the app to track the system and the battery back up is easy to use and interesting to watch. I'm happy with my decision to get this system.

UPDATE 12/30/19A few days after I posted the review below, I was contacted by their sales manager who apologized to me, stating that my request fell through the cracks. After spending a few minutes with him on the phone, explaining exactly what I need done, he said he would get right back to me with a quote, but wanted to check with their design guy first since my system is a bit .. non ordinary. This is fully understandable. Today is a week later, I never heard back from them since. No quote, nothing. Although the man did leave his personal cell number with me, I am not going to call someone begging them to take my money.I am done here, people can draw their own conclusions if they want to shop here or not.Thank you for your time everyone.Aaron=================I have had solar on my house that was installed by A1A a year and two years ago. I recently called them trying to get them back out here to do additional work and finally finish my project off but they won't return my calls. 4 times now, I have called them, their secretary or whatever she is, answered the phone and gave me some line about they are busy, they are all in a meeting etc, and I will have them get right back to you. Nobody ever calls me back.So I am trying to give them more business and they won't return my calls? I hate to see what kind of treatment I am going to get if god forbid I have to have repairs done. They did excellent work, I will say that much, but are VERY EXPENSIVE. A few years ago when I got them to do the work, they were about the only game in town. Now there are a lot of people putting solar on houses, Sun Run comes to mind as do a few other contractors. They are not the only game in town any more, and really need to tighten up their customer service or they are going to find out quickly that people will go elsewhere. It doesn't make me very happy at all that after spending about 60k on them, now they won't even give me the courtesy of returning a phone call. When they did the first install on my house, they wanted me to leave them a good review in a few places very badly, which I did because at the time I was very pleased with them. I was told the owner reads all the reviews. Well sir, if you are reading this review, I highly suggest that you tighten up the communications in your company. A year ago when you put my battery system in, communication was a bit iffy, and now, it is just terrible. If your secretary can't relay a simple message, then perhaps you should consider hiring more help, or better help. If you did get the message and just decided to blow me off, well then shame on you.I would have much preferred to have this discussion privately, but since nobody ever returns calls.....
