Had a 9a appointment that was confirmed with an early morning same day Text Message. No Show ~ No Call by 10a. No response from company via Text Message.
I then called the Company in Frederick, MD. They had no satisfactory answers. This reflects POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES. I no longer entertain the desire to utilize a Company that disregards and disrespects the value of my time!

Two salesmen came to my house in a very clearly marked No Soliciting neighborhood. They obviously didn't know they were being filmed because they proceeded to say incredibly rude statements while standing on our porch (which we have on video). Based on their inappropriate behavior and blatant disregard for posted regulations of our neighborhood, I will never use this company.
