From START to FINISH, SunBridge Solar was efficient: Timeline was literally WEEKS ahead of competing bids we received; various employees/ staff from bid to completion were, actually, fun to work with, and they always answered our good (and stupid) questions; follow-up on concerns were taken care of (e.g. online monitoring wasn't working at first); and they took care of ALL paperwork (e.g. did ALL registration for WA State incentive...all we had to do was sign the documents). Can't imagine what more any other competitor could possibly do (i.e. bring donuts for our morning coffee) to come anywhere near the level of service we received from SunBridge!!

We have had our solar system installed by the awesome people of Sunbridge Solar for just over two years now. Jordan and his team have been top notch professionals from day one and we could not be more pleased with their work and our solar system. I believe the true test of a company comes in how they handle problems that arise in the years after the initial set up. Our system has performed flawlessly from day one but a few weeks ago the monitoring program stopped working. I called Sunbridge and within 2 days they sent their IT guru Adam out to take a look. Adam was great to work with, he arrived on time and took care of the problem with speed and skill and was very pleasant to work with and talk to. The problem was simple, one of the net gear devices used to relay info from the analyzer to my computer had failed, no big deal except the device was located behind a book shelf which Adam happily helped me move out of the way, no small task as the shelf is loaded with books and very heavy. So to summarize we could not be more pleased with the people at Sunbridge and if you are thinking about getting a solar system for your home or business I highly recommend Sunbridge Solar topnotch people, products and customer service at the highest level.

Sunbridge installed a 12kW grid tied with battery backup solar system for me. Because I did not have a suitable location on the roof of my home, I designed and built a small accessory building to mount the panels. They worked with me during the design and construction process, and were very flexible concerning scheduling and installation which was very helpful. They also upgraded the existing load center in my home, and wired the new structure. Although the installation was not without problems, Sunbridge was very responsive and made sure that when all was said and done, the system functioned as it should. I would recommend Sunbridge to anyone considering a solar installation.

Sunbridge Solar installed a solar energy system on our home about 2 years ago. At the first meeting they did an excellent job explaining the benefits, costs, tax credits, and process. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and they had no problem with taking time to consider it. The installation process went smoothly (I think it took one extra day then they thought). They did a great job explaining how the system worked and how to use the app to check current and past solar energy production. So far, the system has produced slightly more than they had estimated (I had prepared myself for it being less but they were almost spot on). Very happy I installed solar and happy I chose Sunbridge.

I work in a very demanding industry with near-zero tolerance for failure which, in turn, causes me to take an unusually harsh view of most of the supposed 'craftsmen' I keep encountering here on planet Earth. I can say without hesitation, however, that Jordan and crew handled the installation of my 10KW system like professionals. He wasn't afraid of the non-standard installation on top of our barn and he did every last thing he said he would do exactly as he said he would do it, without having to be prodded or pushed (or even reminded). Months later, when he had a few minor leaks at the next rain, he sent a couple guys out to tar every last screw-hole - exactly as I would do in my industry where we are contractually unable to fail.I don't think I've ever given a 5 star review for anything. Sunbridge Solar, Jordan Weissman and his whole crew get one without a second thought.Congrats, boys.

First of all, for free, they examined our house to determine if it was feasible and cost effective for us to have solar panels. When it was determined that it was possible, they guided us through the process of funding the solar panels. They are very aware of federal and state guidelines so that our money is spent in the wisest way. They have been very good about monitoring our panels to be sure everything is working. Its been a little over two years and they continue to monitor our panels. They also have been advocates for getting legislation passed so that we can continue to reap the benefits of our solar panels. It is exciting in August to receive a check for the electricity we have produced. Also it is nice to have some months in the summer when we dont have to pay for any electricity. We were kept well informed as the project was in the planning stage.The minute they rolled up the day of installation (and on time), they introduced themselves and within 5 minutes they were hard at work. They involved us in the decisions about placement of grounding wire and conduitWe take exceptional care of the yard and house--and the installation crew did the same. I found no materials left behind.Both of the county inspectors thought very highly of the work that was done.Everything was explained to us upon completion.

PLUS, it has raised the value of the property. PLUS, it's green! It was such a no-brainer that we installed panels on a nearby rental house. And of course, we asked Sunbridge to do the install. They are professional, do a great job at install, take care of all permits and solar incentive paperwork, promptly reply to any questions before or after, totally went to bat for their customers when the State contemplated ending the incentive program (thankfully, the program continued), and are all-around nice people. Another no-brainer. I highly recommend them!
