Our panels were installed in August 2017. In 2018 we had 2 months of credit from Duke and our average electric bill was around $9.95. In 2019 we had credit for 4 months and our bill has been being $9.95. The installation went as explained, their service has been prompt and any and all questions have always been addressed.I did my homework on solar installation and asked tons of questions from other companies as well. All our needs were met by Solar Advantage. We highly recommend Solar Advantage. Doug and Debbie Fullwood

Purchased via Solar Advantage in 12/2018. Service with Solar Advantage was great. Installers did a fantastic job, on time, no residual. However, the 3rd party Agent referring me to Solar Advantage was less than faithful with his financing information. After research and calls to the financier, it was disclosed that Y-Green Lending WILL NOT subordinate to my mortgage refinance, even though I was simply seeking a 'no cash-out' of my existing mortgage, All I wanted to do is reduce interest rate and terms on my current mortgage. SIMPLY, CAREFUL WHO YOU FINANCE AND MAKE SURE YOU READ THE TERMS OF THE NOTE BEFORE SIGNING. (I was advised via my 3rd party Agent that Y-Green subordination would not be a problem)! !!!As a follow-up, I amended my earlier rating with Solar Advantage. My Representative promptly called me upon reviewing this summary. He explained a few issues that I was unaware; but did help to alleviate my concerns. Simply, per Solar Power AND Solar Advantage, I give utmost praise and confidence. If financing on your own; just BE CAREFUL!

We got our solar panels last April they didnt start working until September October so for that whole summer we were paying for a solar loan plus we were paying for our electric bill. They did reimburse us the solar panel bill which was 90+ for like three months .. And then around November they went out again and we didnt know for about a month and a half until we got our bill saying that we owed over $100 in our electric plus our solar bill. And now they have gone out again we didnt know for over a month until we got another electric bill for over $100 Plus we still had to pay our solar advantage loan !! I am not happy if there was a way that I could take them off and give them back I would.

I received quotes from four different solar companies. All four of them did solar panel layout designs for my roof. Solar Advantage was the most professional across the board, and was the only company that chose a panel layout that didn't put panels in places that are shaded 50% of the day. Their estimates on costs to recuperate my investment were the most conservative, assuming a 6% annual increase in the cost of a kilowatt vs the other three companies that assumed 8%-10%. This is while also having one of the lower prices. My panels were just installed yesterday, and I couldn't be happier. The installation team showed-up on time, and was extremely friendly. Jay had a few questions from me as far as placement of some of the electrical components were concerned, and then they were at it putting things in place. The installation crew even took the time to explain to my kids how solar works! We're currently waiting for the inspection to be done which is scheduled for tomorrow, then we'll get our two-way meter from FPL; after that everything will be in full force. Solar Advantage has made it clear how long to expect these things to take place, and so far everything has taken significantly less than expected. As a result you can believe the dates they give you, and your actual dates will likely be better than what they say.I wouldn't hesitate from doing business with Solar Advantage again; and will be recommending them to all my friends.
