Great experience from my system estimate with Blake Blackmon, who sat down and explained exactly how the system would work, designed it at my dining room table, and never made me feel rushed, to the installation done today and follow-up customer service calls. 'Responsive' does not even begin to describe Blake and, for that matter, all contact I've had with this company. It's old-school customer service with quality products, an increasing rarity nowadays.

After 3 years of disappointing service from another Solar Company, I called All American Solar. I had been waiting for 2 months to have my panels serviced. After being told that they were short staffed, and not showing up for two scheduled appointments, I finally had enough. I sent All American an email and received an immediate response. They scheduled an appointment, showed up on time, and fixed mistakes that the previous company had caused. I am truly impressed with the Customer Service I received and the professionalism from the techs who came out to my house. Needless to say, I will never use the other company again after experiencing what it is like to be a valued customer by All American.
