Best solar company ever! They really care about his customers

Sunlight solar was contracted out by my initial solar installer to come out and do some warranty work to swap out some wires and add some batteries to my system.All was fine and good when they arrived the two techs were very nice and friendly. Things started to go down hill when they said they didnt need to change the wire length and that they could just add the 8 batteries and use the same wires and same connections. This was all wrong. See the pictures attached for the wright way and wrong way to run batteries. Im not electrician, but I do know enough and read the manuals for all my equipment. The wrong way they wanted to do it would have never cycled the new batteries and it goes against everything in the manuals and as per the manufacture requirements for a proper installation.In addition the wire lengths all have to be the same so the resistance is the the same for each wire. This enables the voltage from the positive and negative leads to be read accurately by the inverters. So it can respond to the configured program in use.Basically they guys wanted to come out and drop in some batteries and make some fast cash. The techs were nice, but their manager was rude inconsiderate and kept saying he knew best because of his 40 years of experience. As soon as they realized they couldnt just swindle me by doing a horrible job they decided it was to much for them and that they didnt feel comfortable doing it. This is a flat out lie. My initial installer sent them a full description and scope of the job And the requirements for it well in advance of them showing up. They said I was in their way and impending their ability to work. This was also a lie. They showed up and we talked about what needed to be done for about 45 minutes and they left to get some proper size wire. When they came back with their manager was with them and he said they wouldnt do the job. So how could I be in their way when they werent even there?!!!Just be warned this is a horrible company in it to make a quick buck and do horrible work.

Ricardo came to repair our panels. He was kind and professional and answered all my questions. They were FAST and I am so grateful! My kids are going to love their pool again!
