I called them because I was interested in purchasing solar. We were in the middle of the conversation when the gentleman mentioned credit scores. I politely informed him that I was very familiar with the hefty upfront costs and that I would be paying cash and wasnt interested in any form of financing. He then proceeds to tell me that I cant schedule an appointment without verbally verifying that someone in the household had a 650+ beacon score. I find it extremely odd that they dont want to even to schedule an appointment with a cash buyer. You should be extremely careful as this type of tactic is what makes car dealerships so profitable. They want you to focus on the monthly payment/savings/whatever instead of the actual price of what youre paying for. All they had to do was be polite and offer a reasonable price and they would have had a sale.

Two persons knocked on our doors and started to sell their company. I tried to tell them that we are not interested in a loan but gave them the last four digits of my social (should not have given it to them). One of the guy said that they just needed to verify. My credit report company sent me an email saying that someone pulled my score and would affect my credit score. They have not done anything yet but start to check my credit. Really uncomfortable working with this company.

Sales process was fine. Solar installed. Worked for a few months and now not working for almost a month. When you call for systems help, a representative never picks up due to the high volume of calls. Emails dont works. Even reached out to my sales person who said he was in contact with the manager who was going to call and that has never happened. Ive never had an experience this bad before.
