We contracted a six foot aluminum reinforced vinyl privacy fence with Ron on April 30, 2020. The job was completed yesterday, June 24, 2020! Ron St. John told us it would be 2 weeks before he could start the job. The job was started on May 20, 2020. Ron had also stated that the job would take about 2 days to complete. Kelly McDaniel, from the office showed up requesting to collect the final check on Friday, May 22, 2020 which was 3 days after the job was started. I provided her with the check even though the gate was not hung! I have made multiple calls and texts to Ron and Robbie regarding the fact that the job was substandard. The gate is NOT reinforced with aluminum and the 'truss rod' support looks like a piece of scrap vinyl and the silver screws do not look like the work of a professional. Lesson learned! I would not recommend or use this company for any future fencing needs.

Thank you Ron, Robby, Chris.Ron answered all my concerns. He truly is about the customer. Robby & Chris both hard working. Robby had great ideas on placing fence and details I didn't think of. So definitly use his artistic eye. Robby always asked before he worked on area if I was ok with it. Most contractors just go ahead and do it without customer ok. Creating more work. Not Robby. He is an asset. Chris also was very professional and went out of his way to make sure job done correctly. Very happy I would recommend. My dog is happy. My neighbors love my fence.

Ron at #St John Fence just completed 300+ feet of fence for me. It was a pleasure working with him . Very knowledgeable , he was able to offer various options to to improve on my ideas. He showed up on time for the estimate and started the job on the agreed on date. His crew , Robbie and Chris, was on the job before 7 am every day and worked fast and efficiently. The odd shape of the property presented several unique challenges that they handled them with ease. Thanks guys.
