I bought a solar panel system from sales rep Todd Gibson.
What Todd failed to do was advise me that the local utility required a $1,000,000 PLC policy that indemnifies the utility against "loss of life".
Now I have a $22000.00 roof ornament with no hope of having solar power in this lifetime.

Best experience I have ever had with a company. The agent came to our home and explained everything in detail without feeling like he was selling us a product. The work crew that installed the panels were excellent and right on time. The office staff communicated by email the process and updates. The only hold up was from the local power company. Thankfully the system is up and running and generating more energy than we can use!

Reviews don't lie these guys have a 4.8 and they deserve it. They were quicker and cheaper than the competition and they were awesome the whole time. They are also quick to respond with any concerns, which is important these days.

Compass Solar's installers misdrilled holes in my son-in-law's roof and also bumped into the dryer vent knocking it loose. A couple of months later my roof started to leak and they refused to take responsibility for it.

Compass Solar provided me with excellent service and installation from the office staff, to Todd, the sales representative, to the day the crew showed up to install. The office staff was proactive in providing me with information and scheduling with a friendly tone. The installation crew did excellent work and manage to keep a smile in July heat (no easy task in 130 degree attic). The real kicker was taking advantage of the financing they provided and the payment being less then my old power bill. Overall I could not be happier with my choice to go solar or with the company. This is a well oiled machine of a company and I hope this review encourages others to give them the opportunity.
