Very Pleased. My first contact was at the Flagler County Home Show. Very easy people to deal with. We put off our purchase and asked him to follow up in a few months, we had other more pressing needs. Not pushy, graciously agreed and did call me a few months later. Told him soon and he patiently waited for my order. Installation was fine with no issues and Patrick was very nice when installing.I would definitely recommend this company

The quality of work as well as the explanation of the materials and placement of the skylight was superior . Initially I was skeptical because of the pricing , but after Andrew explained and demonstrated the quality of the product being installed I was confident in my decision to move forward. Best experience! Ultra Beauty is a great company and there products are of high quality. I purchased a sun tube and they installed it too. From Andrew, my sales person, to Michelle in the office they were very caring and went out of there way to help me.
