We had our solar panels installed last fall and all went well. Our last electric bill was the same as last years before the installation. After making some calls to customer service it was found that our solar had stopped producing some time in May. We were advised a service technician would come out to see what the issue is. That was Wednesday with a technician to show up Thursday or Friday. Many phone calls and a week and a half later, no resolution. The people spoken with have been well meaning and considerate and made attempts at getting us on line again remotely, but there is no resolution. We are hoping that this is an aberration and will be repaired and dealt with soon.

I met with a sales rep, David. He was knowledgeable and a charm. He could answer every question I had with enthusiasm and professionalism. After deciding to give them my business, I read some unfavorable reviews and became a bit of a skeptic. Alyssa called to confirm scheduling and was able to answer more questions. She was also a charm, enthusiastic and professional. I felt a bit relieved feeling that everything would go as planned. Josh arrived on the install day on time and was also a charm. When i had questions, he took the time to answer then went right back to installing. It was clear that the team had a lot of experience in solar. When the job was complete, the grounds were completely picked up, I received a generous walkthrough and the team left with a wave. I am impressed with the Sunergy Solar team and would recommend their service for your solar project.

Fantastic business with professional service from beginning to end. From Nicolas my in-home advisor to Alisa my scheduler, to Walt the delivery driver, and Josh with his install crew we were thoroughly impressed. Alisa helped navigate some complicated HOA moments. Josh and his crew were very polite and complete, and took the time to explain a few steps and cleaned everything up when they were done. Initially we were very happy. We signed the agreement for the solar panel at the end of October 2019. It is now almost the end of March and we still do not have working solar panels. I STRONGLY discourage using this company. The solar panels were installed at the end of December and that was after my husband and I both called to complain on several occasions and told them we didn't want them if they were not installed by the end of the year. My husband and I have both talked to the salesman (through Suncor) and Sunergy on several occasions. We have been promised a check to compensate us for the loan payments that we are having to make (since we are also still making an electric payment) by two different people at least 4 times and still have not received a check. It has been one failed promise after another. They continue to drag their feet for a failed product and promise. I do not recommend using this company.

We were lead to believe that we would no longer have an electric bill and that when we filed our taxes we would get a refund of $7,000 to go toward the loan.. Not true that refund is non- refundable. On top of that we were told we only needed 15 panels. We actually need more like 30. Talked to several other people that have panels and their elelectric bill is $9.00 that's just so they can keep the account open. Their monthly payments are a lot less than ours and they have 30+ panels!! This is a very shady business. How are you going to look at someone in the eyes and straight out lie. Especially to someone on a fixed income . This does need to be reported to consumer complaints and better business bureau and maybe news investigation reporting.. Honestly goes a long way and that guy sat at my kitchen table and lied. So disappointed!

Like a previous poster, our installation went, for the most part, smooth. Again, like the previous poster, we were pitched we would produce more than our use, and that our house looked like a great candidate for solar. We are 6 months into this and we are still not producing near what they said, and now instead of a $190 power bill, we have a $160 power bill and a $139 dollar payment to the financing company of the panels. With nearly 6 or 7 different people, we continually are told we will be contacted and then nothing happens until we call again and are then told they will call us within 24 hours. I have two different people tell me they are the owners of the company only to find that they have left the company. Sketchy, shady and worthy of contacting the better business bureau and an attorney at this point! OVER IT.

These people admitted to us that their sales rep have us a load of fraudulent information that will now effect us for the next 30 years. No one from their company will follow up with us. We are reporting them to the better business bureau. Go solar but DON'T use this company.Update- it's been months and we can't even get anyone to call us back. We are paying DOUBLE in electrical and showering in cold water. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!! USE OTHER OPTIONS FOR SOLAR.

My name is Wilkins Martinez, this people installed the solar system in my house in November 2019, today is May 31st, 2020 and I still not been able to use the system. I am making payment on a system that the county inspector has visited my house 6 times and the system still not pass inspection.

Sunergy Solar installed my panels quickly but we ran into some issue with getting the solar turned on. Libby worked with Gulf Power and I to get my meter reprogrammed. Took some time but we finally got it up and running. I would recommend them to others.

Precursor Design

So far, so good. Consultation with Luke Hall, Inspection with Marie, and Install with Shawn Crowder all went fantastic. Everyone is friendly, and the install was quick (8 hours or so from arrival to completion). Great job to Shawn Crowder and his team. I look forward to the final inspections being done and getting to flip the switch on the panels.

Getting solar is a very long process from the time you sign the contract with one company, dealing with a loan company, getting it installed with another, Having trees trimmed with yet another, then doing whatever FPL has to do. Literally months! The crew with Sunergy were very professional throughout. The men that installed the panels were knowledgeable and got it done in one day. Josh, who supervised, has been with me throughout and has been awesome at answering every question I have thrown at him for weeks. Today he walked me through finally turning on my system. Libby, at the office, took over my FPL application and completed it for me in a matter of a couple of hours after I gave up after trying to do it for a week. I highly recommend Sunergy Solar.

Sunergy failed my solar inspection at the beginning of the year, and now we are ALREADY IN FEBRUARY and nothing has been done by Sunergy to help me past inspection! I have had solar panels on my roof for 60+ DAYS and I am still receiving a power bill! This has been HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, nobody is communicating with me!!! Starting to wonder if this is even a valid company. Please if you go solar, choose anyone other than sunergy...

this process has been a horrible joke, i have tried over and over again to communicate with sunergy, every single time they hand me off like im a hot potato and make promises and then never FOLLOW UP AND NEVER FOLLOW THROUGH, i know im not the only customer experiencing these issues! i am a reasonable man and just went communication and feedback on the status of my project, if i do not receive that i am ready to contact the media and other customers who feel the same and get my legal team involved. i know im not the only one this has happened to!!!! pick up the damn phone!!
