Poor customer service! Just had 2 front doors on my 2003 excursion tinted. There was 4 inches of glue along the edge of the window. They missed it during the cleaning process. They wanted to charge an additional $20 to replace the tint. Cleaning the window is part of the process. Been getting my cars tinted for 20 years. I know how it works. Admit when you make a mistake, fix the mistake and make the customer happy. Hope the $20 costs you $1000s from my review.

Mannie is very rude & unprofessional! WORST customer service & tint job I ever received. He scratched my whole rear window of my challenger when putting tint on it then blocked my # after I spoke with him about what he did & even took my car back to him to show him. I contacted the BBB & Im waiting for a response.
