AllSolar Energy saved me from a terrible situation. I was a customer of Brevard Solar originally, until the owner abruptly shut down the business. AllSolar came in and saved me from having these ugly rails exposed on my roof. They came in and were done in a matter of weeks, it was rather refreshing to see a company actually work on a good schedule and timeline. I recommend AllSolar to everyone that wants to get into the solar game, and if you don't, you should call them and get into the solar game. I'm amazed at what this system is doing in just a short while.

A $125.00 pre-paid charge was made to my credit card in order to set up an appointment with All Solar for Friday, 1/10 @ 9 am - 12 pm for repairs to my solar water heater. Technician never arrived or called during the appointed 9 am - 12 pm time frame. I called customer service at 12:15 pm, Amanda said the Tech would be at my location 'no later' than 2 pm. It is now 3 pm and the Technician still has not arrived, and customer service nor the Technician have given me a courtesy call in regards to how late the Technician is now going to be. I took a half-day off from work to accommodate the morning schedule, then had to call in for the last half of my shift because they were supposed to be here 'no later' than 2 pm. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed. I understand things happen, but this is just poor customer service.FOLLOW-UP: The servicemen arrived around 4:30 pm and were apologetic. Though it is a guess as to what is wrong with my solar heater (the tests all tested out fine), they drained and replaced the element. We'll see how it goes from here!

These guys got my system working again, it needed a new tank. They did exactly what I hired them to do, they kept it at the price theyd estimated, which was MUCH better than the estimates given to me by every other company I contacted. They also did not leave a mess when they were done, which is always appreciated. Zero complaints, would recommend All Solar to anyone.
