Mirasol Fafco Solar

We have had Mirasol Fafco Solar Hot Water and Pool Solar for over 8 years. They have been an excellent vendor, reliable, prompt and affordable. Recently we had Bruce and Josh fix a leaky solar panel. We had a solar water heater system installed and a pool mechanical upgrade with a variable speed pump, new eco-heater, and salt water chlorinator. Nate ran the water heater installation on the roof while Jose plumbed up the new water heater and Nicolas helped wherever needed. GREAT customer service, all day long. Joe came in later to install the pool upgrade and coach me on new operations. Joe also came back to replace some rusted fasteners with new stainless. He is a PERFECTIONIST and I am VERY happy with Mirasol Fafco as a result! Thanks guys, I have already realized savings on my first electric bill! After many bids for solar i decided on Mirasol Fafco Solar. The owner Scott was very passionate and knowledgeable about the Sunpower solar panel system he uses. Scott explained the long term benefits of choosing a quality product like Sunpower. Mirasol installation team was very professional, prompt and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. The sunpower system has been producing more power than I anticipated. My wife and I really like the sleek floating look of the panels. Scott and Mirasol solar keep their word and did everything he said he was going to do. I highly recommend Mirasol Fafco solar!

have a solar panel that has gone bad and output shows 0. Have called the office multiple times and they have taken a message and told me that person responsible will call me back when hey get in. Has been close to a week and still no call back from them to take care of this panel.Update 7/31/2019Originally one panel was showing problem of not working. After my review they sent someone out to fix it and I was told that optimizes had to be replaced and that it would be good now. Well now the original panel I called about is still showing zero for power generation and now another panel is showing zero for power generation. This is fairly simple to see remotely through solaredge web site where they allow you as a owner to log in and see that these panels are not working correctly and also through the app in your cell phone. I waited to see if it would clear on itself and start working but it has been at least 5 days and nothing. I called Mirasol today and hopefully they will get back to me today to let me know they can come out and fix this.
