Sun-Tec Solar Energy

This company is a total scam. They sold us a solar system for around $25,000 and never did an in service on how to monitor the system and I kept calling Duke why we were getting such high electric bills. We finally got in touch with the salesman who has since quit and he was able to get someone out in May to look at the system. What they found is that the meter hasn't been working since December! It took them three weeks to supposedly get the part and another three weeks to get it installed this past Saturday 6/27. I spoke to a Lee while the technician was there and she promised to call me Monday today 6/29 to discuss this entire nightmare situation and I told her I wanted compensation for the electric bills that we've had to pay. When it got close to noon and no call I called and asked to speak to her. I was told that she'd get a message and call me back. Then when it got to 3:45 and no call I called back and had to leave a message on her voicemail and I told her that if I didn't get a call today that I was going to file a complaint with the BBB, post reviews on the internet and slam them any and every way I can. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!!!!!!

These guys (and gals) are great! We love our system. Saving money by letting the sun pay our electric bill. So glad we finally went solar!

Sales tells u one thing and u get something elseI'd be here All Day explaining what I went three with this company.I've had since January and have yet to hit the lower end of the average I was supposed to be getting . The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I had to. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

They installed my solar electric system several months ago. Great decision. No power bill, and great for our environment.

Started saving first month after install. Saved over $1,000 this year. Very pleased so far. Marc and the whole crew were great.
