Does anyone care to explain why the energy charges change when I'm not using as much electricity? I would call but whenever I do to ask questions I get 'referred to the chart' by some idiot who is literally paid to do the same thing I can, and have been since this account was opened. I have screenshots proving the increase of around 3c per kWh with the slight decrease in our energy usage. Y'all trying to steal my money like the rest of this hellbound state?

I live in the Preserve by Turtle Creek and I, like everyone else in the neighborhood, have no Reclaim Water pressure for my irrigation. It's been really bad for at least 2 weeks. Tonight my sprinklers didn't even raise up the water just trickled out the top. What's up with this?
