Definitely happy with service and product. A sales pitch that took long, but I did ask a thousand questions. I am in the finance industry, so their offers where pretty accurate for a person with good credit. They got the permits fast. The research the solar panels and they are of quality with a 25yr warranty. Well known name brand LG. Not some crazy knock-off. We had one issue with the a number of panels missing. I called the office and with 7 days, they got permitting, add the missing panels, and kept the integrity that most companies lack today. I will definitely refer them to anyone who has a person that stays at home or who is paying more than $200 a month for electricity to their home. I hope they are still around in 25 years, so I can update my system through Solar Sun again.
