They have like 40+ BBB complaints!!!!! Wow! Does a bird run this company?

Steer away from them. They are good on selling, but their customer service is awful. You have to make numerous calls to get ahold with someone, and when you do, they always push you to another department, which results in another set of numerous calls. They always say they are sending an email to their VP regarding your situation, and it looks like the VP really doesn't care. They promise they will call you back, but they never do. When you finally get them to come to your house, the guy looks and says they will have to schedule a different crew to do the job, and shoot an email to the VP, asking for top priority. When you call them back a few days later, they are still waiting for approval. And the b.s. goes on and on.......

Received an unsolicited phone call from them, thought about it , changed my mind. Asked not be called again, was placed on Do Not Call list, they have now called me 6 more times after this. The next phone call goes to the FBI.

It seemed like everything was going fine. Offered me the position, told me about it, how much the pay was and the nature of the job. So I was invited to the video conference along with several other people. The email stated that if I accepted the position I would be hired. I accepted the position. Several hours later she tells me Im not qualified for the job. Strange, huh? I was qualified before but now Im not? What changed? Finding out if I'm qualified is something you do before you invite someone into a group meeting. It's fine, I wouldn't want to work for a trash company that would do this sort of thing anyway.
