From the time I called to the time the shutters were installed was a pleasure. They came out and met with me and went over the entire process before starting the job. They were at my home on time for every appointment and left the house clean when they were done. The shutters came in right on time and were amazing, what an upgrade to our lovely home. The prices were reasonable and the product is grade A. I would use them again in the future without a second thought.

My old verticals were purchased from a company near Decor & Design , which went out of business. Mine needed to be rehung due to fraying cords. I called Decor & Design. The 2 ladies I spoke with were so pleasant & helpful. They set up a time to do the job. They called me with the price, which I felt was very reasonable. The installer Angel was great. He was a perfectionist. I was so pleased, I understand that all of their installers are top notch. I would highly recommend Decor & Design.

Before ordering with them ask them how long is going to take because I ordered some shutters on October 3rd, 2019 and they told me maximum 8 weeks, we are December 16 and not here yet. Just the 8 weeks looks ridiculous for me. Still waiting. Julie Thompson

If your looking for shades, blinds, custom curtains, or cornices; I totally recommend going with Decor & Design.The staff is nice and very helpful. Tracey will help assist you and work with you setting up and appointment to get someone out to help assist with whatever window treatment you are looking for.Diane is the person that came out to my home and not only help pick out the most beautiful and awesome window treatments but also carefully made a few trips with more materials and colors to my liking before finally pick out what made me happy.Chris was the installer and what a great job he did.Decor and Design will go that extra mile to get what you need; with style, good taste and with a smile starting with the girls in the office, the decorated, and the installer.
