Have only interacted by phone and the internet. They held a number of meetups in public spaces and some open houses at their sites for Solarize Athens which I didn't make it out too. While the people are friendly and the option is promising, I think it is too pricey for moderate and low income households. I look forward to future iterations!

Very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us decide if the system was right for us. Honest and professional and multiple people available for questions, even after the system is installed.

Update June 2020: the system is now working. I got access to the powerwall after I contacted Tesla. The tech from AES did not submit all information to Tesla, so they were not able activate the account. However, 3 of the installed panels were not connected correctly, so AES came back 2 weeks later to fix this... As I said, it's working now, the panels are still not well located on the roof but I have to live with that now. For that amount of money I would probably not choose AES again for my next project, so I will keep it 3 stars. Original review: It started good in December, communication was okay and they kept me updated. Last week I got the solar panels installed. Unfortunately, they are a bit offset the roof and not good aligned at all. 2nd: I got a powerwall installed which I still have NO access to. The tech said I will receive an email from Tesla the same day but this never happened. I contacted them EVERY day now to see what's going on and get no or not helpful responses... Will update the review when anything changes or the whole system works as it is supposed to.

This company has been a pleasure to work with. They are very responsive and transparent about the process and associated costs and benefits. Ive learned so much about solar energy production!

These guys were amazing all the way through the install. After the install if you have a problem be sure you have a Tesla case number.
