My power has been out since 9am (for 12 hours) on a beautiful sunny day due to high winds. I cant get a live person on the phone and have no idea when they might resolve the issue. Its been 12 hours. Really??? Meanwhile everyone in my cove has power. It would be nice to be able to speak to a human at Habersham EMC. Come on!!
